To Request an Appointment
Before requesting an interview, please make sure that you meet the following conditions:
• Your I-600 has been pre-approved and you have a completed the Giving and Receiving Ceremony
• You have obtained a Vietnamese Passport for your child
To request or change an appointment for an immigrant visa interview for an adopted child, please fill out our appointment request form. Please be sure to fill out all fields. After filling out this form, please send it to hanoiadoptions@state.gov.
To Change an Appointment
If you need to change an existing appointment, please fill out the appointment request form. Indicate that you are changing an existing appointment in the “Remarks” box. Then, please send the form to hanoiadoptions@state.gov. We will send a new appointment notice by email.
