Visit of U.S. Ambassador to Hà Giang and Tuyên Quang Provinces

U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Michael W. Marine will visit Hà Giang and Tuyên Quang provinces from September 11-13.

In Hà Giang, the Ambassador will meet with Mr. Nguyễn Trường Tô, Chairman of Hà Giang People’s Committee.  He will also visit Hà Giang Provincial Hospital’s Orthopod supported by Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation (VVAF) “Sustainable Benefits for the Mobility Impaired.”   The Ambassador will conclude his visit to Thai Nguyen with visits to an evangelical house church in Bạch Ngọc commune, Vi Xuyen district and Bac Quang Catholic church in Bac Quang Town.

In Tuyên Quang, Ambassador Marine will meet with Ms. Lê Thị Quang, Chairwoman of Tuyên Quang People’s Committee.  He will also visit Tuyên Quang Parish Church in Tuyên Quang town and a local Protestant house church in Yên Sơn district while in the province.
