USTDA will award CAAV a grant to promote aviation safety in Vietnam

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency will award the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) a technical assistance grant designed to improve aviation safety in Vietnam consistent with international standards.  A signing ceremony of the grant will be held on August 24, at 3:30 p.m., at the CAAV headquarters, 119 Nguyen Son Street, Long Bien District, Hanoi.  U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Michael Marine and Deputy General Director Dinh Xuan Huong will sign the grant agreement on behalf of the U.S. Government and CAAV, respectively.
