Keystone State Boychoir: Tours Southeast Asia July 2006

PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA – Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the Keystone State
Boychoir will embark on a concert tour to Southeast Asia on June 29, 2006. The itinerary includes Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Cambodia. In Hanoi the Boychoir will live with families of the Vietnam Children's Choir. The two choirs will perform a joint concert at the Vietnam Opera House on July 3, co-sponsored by the U.S. Embassy.

The choir's annual international concert tour gives members extraordinary music-making, educational, and cultural experiences.  It provides an opportunity to engage foreign audiences and increase mutual understanding between the United States and other countries. Past international concert tours included performances in South Africa, Brazil, Canada, and Japan.

Daily reports, interviews and photographs from the tour will be available at http://www.ksbtourblog.org/
