Press Briefing With U.S. Trade And Development Agency 4/19/2000
Ms.
Amy Everitt, the U.S. Trade & Development Agency Country Manager
for Vietnam (and also for Southeast Asia as well as part of North
Asia), will meet with Vietnamese local press to discuss the mission of
the U.S. Trade & Development Agency and her visit to Vietnam.
The
meeting will be at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2000, at U.S.
Embassy Foreign Commercial Service, 3rd floor, Rose Garden Tower, #6
Ngoc Khanh Street, Hanoi. The meeting is expected to last 20 to 25
minutes.
Vietnamese journalists and photographers should
contact the Public Affairs Section of the Embassy at telephone 831-4580
or fax 831-4601 to register their attendance.
Journalists need
to be present at the Foreign Commercial Service at 8:50 a.m., by the
latest, on April 20, 2000, in order to proceed through a security check
on the 2nd floor.
