The U.S.-Vietnam Studies Project, located at Haiphong University, 171 Phan Dang Luu Road, Kien An, Haiphong is a resource center open to the general public.  All people are welcome to visit the center, especially those interested in learning more about life, society, studying, doing business, or establishing new contacts in the United States and Vietnam.
 
This U.S.-Vietnam Studies Project offers the citizens of the Haiphong region an open and permanent access to a wide range of information about the United States and Vietnam, including reference materials, periodicals, CD-ROMs and videos.
 
The U.S.-Vietnam Studies Project will host many activities including guest lecture series, art exhibits, music performances, film showings, and an English Speaking Club.  This project has the support of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi, Haiphong People's Committee and Haiphong University.  The U.S.-Vietnam Studies Project will improve the mutual understanding between Vietnam and the U.S. through its programs and permanent resources.
