Please note that the American Citizen Services unit does not have information regarding visas. Inquiries regarding non-immigrant visas should be directed to the visa unit . Inquiries regarding immigrant visas should be directed to the consulate of Ho Chi Minh City. Inquiries regarding adoption-related issues should be directed to the adoption unit.

Hours of operations

Office hours are from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The embassy is closed on Vietnamese and American holidays.
