At the time the visa application fee is paid, visa applicants will receive a receipt and an appointment slip with a date and time, and visa information sheet. The fee receipt is valid for one visa application, and is valid for one year from the date of issuance. The application fee is nonrefundable, and does not guarantee that a visa will be approved. Each applicant, including children travelling on a parent's passport, must have a separate fee receipt.
