Office Hours

The American Citizen Services unit is open to the public as follows:

Notarial services (including affidavits, acknowledgments, authentication, etc.), passport services (including renewals, additional pages and pickup), and other services: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Consular Report of Birth Abroad: from 13:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Emergencies (such as cases of illness, death, destitution or arrest): Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. At all other times, please call (04) 3850-5105 within Vietnam, or (+84) (4) 3850-5100 internationally.

We are closed to the public on both Vietnamese and American holidays, except for emergency services as noted above.
